S.A.I.L. Stay Active and Independent for Life
It WORKS: You'll be stronger, have better balance, feel better and this will help you stay active and independent and prevent falls.
It's SAFE: Instructors are experienced and skilled, and exercises have been tested with older adults.
It's FUN: You will meet older adults, make new friends, learn new things.
Tai Chi: A low impact, slow motion mind -body exercise that combines breathing and controlled movements to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and help prevent falls. GENTLE ENOUGH FOR ANYONE. Ongoing classes, from beginning to advances, no previous experience necessary. Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Programs are recommended by the CDC and American College of Sports Medicine.
